It has a new tiled open kitchen with all new appliances. The refrigerator has an Ice machine with a dispenser.
Central airconditioning always keeps the unit comfortable. There is a master suite with a private deck with comfortable wicker patio furniture, There is a seperate rear entrance.
Three bedrooms have new pillow-top queen-sized beds, one bedroom has bunk beds, Twin over full bedding. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the livingroom.- all of which is new.
This property is about a block from a clean, Lifeguard protected world-class beach that has a Lifeguard first aid station with Clean public restrooms, popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast, lunch, and dinners, and, of course, the start of the boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, going on rides, shopping or just sitting and watching the views. Right at the beginning of the street!
Our home is located in a quieter, well maintained "North End" Island Neighborhood.
There is a master suite with a private deck with comfortable wicker patio furniture and a rear entrance.
