This apartment is located on a family "Beach Block" street. It is on the second floor with an open floor plan that is spacious and has plenty of natural light. It has that classic seashore feel............ central airconditioning keeps the unit always cool and comfortable.

There is a large counter/bar that separates the tiled kitchen from the dining and living rooms. They are very comfortable with two ceiling fans. Behind the kitchen, there is a master bedroom with a veranda and its own private entrance, also with a ceiling fan.

Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and one bedroom has one single bed and bunk beds. All with large closets.

Also provided is a large clean enclosed outside shower for showering after the beach or anytime.

This unit is heated during the winter to maintain its freshness. As with all our units, it is super clean with yearly maintenance and upgrades.

For our Guests, we constantly maintain and provide many upgrades to the property throughout the year. New, We totally renovated the front bath with marble flooring, tile walls, granite countertops, rich wood cabinetry, and all Kohler Fixtures. We have added a new leather sofa and a 42in flat panel with audio and gaming hookups.

When You rent one of our three units you are renting directly from us the owners, not realtors. Providing you and your family a memorable vacation with service is Our Only Priority.

The units are always kept fresh and as clean as could be. They are cleaned thoroughly by Us the owners every week.

This property is about a block from a Lifeguard protected world-class beach that has a Lifeguard first aid station with Clean public restrooms, Popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast, lunch, and Dinners, and, of course, the start of the boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, going on rides, shopping or just sitting and watching the views. Right at the beginning of Our street!

Our home is located in a quieter, well maintained "North End" Island Neighborhood. There are churches, shopping, delis, ice cream parlors, and popular restaurants all within a few blocks and within walking distance. There is something or nothing to do for everyone right outside the door!
